Also does State Emergency Relief (S.E.R.), Medicaid
Health Kids, Women with Infant Children (W.I.C.), Cash Assistance, and Family
Independence Programs.
If you are homeless, you may qualify for up to approx.
$161 in food stamps.
Be sure to write on the application that you are
homeless.
Also, even if you stay at the mission occasionally, it
is recommended that you use Heartside Ministry or Degage as your mailing
address on your application.
Even if you get S.S.I. or Social Security check, you
may qualify for some food stamps. No
workers accept calls or see people on Wednesdays. For Medicaid normally have to be women w/
kids low-income, pregnant woman low-income, or woman with disability (like
getting Social Security / low-income), or man with disability & low-income.
